Sa m\u00e9moire est aujourd&rsquo;hui partiellement effac\u00e9e et elle a perdu ses rep\u00e8res spatio-temporels&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La victime, assist\u00e9e d&rsquo;un avocat p\u00e9naliste pour sa d\u00e9fense, a eu \u00e9galement recours aux cabinet d&rsquo;avocat SELARL Proxima -Guillermou \u00a0comp\u00e9tent en technique d&rsquo;indemnisation des personnes victimes d&rsquo;un traumatisme cr\u00e2nien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ma\u00eetre Collin, avocat de la victime et collaborateur de notre cabinet, a plaid\u00e9 le pr\u00e9judice identitaire que nous voulons voir reconna\u00eetre: \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;identit\u00e9 est d\u00e9truite chez un traumatis\u00e9 cr\u00e2nien grave.
