Chaque ann\u00e9e plus de 225.000 femmes sont <a href=\"https:\/\/guillermou-avocats.fr\/droits-victime\">victimes<\/a> de violences conjugales. Les hommes \u00e9galement sont victimes de violences conjugales. Les enfants en sont\u00a0 les victimes collat\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout d\u2019abord, la <strong>violence<\/strong> la plus\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0visible\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 peut \u00eatre d\u2019ordre <strong>physique<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit de tout acte destin\u00e9 \u00e0 blesser ou intimider par la force le ou la partenaire (gifle, bousculade, coups, strangulation, s\u00e9questration\u2026)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mais la violence, ce n\u2019est pas que la violence physique. Il peut s\u2019agir de violence\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0<strong><em>Verbale<\/em><\/strong>: il s\u2019agit d\u2019insultes, de menaces ou \u00a0de paroles visant \u00e0 d\u00e9grader psychologiquement \u00a0le ou la partenaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0<strong><em>Psychologique<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0: il s\u2019agit d\u2019actes ayant pour but de d\u00e9grader l\u2019autre par l\u2019intimidation, l\u2019humiliation, le harc\u00e8lement moral, la d\u00e9valorisation, l\u2019isolement social, le chantage affectif, les reproches, la\/les menace(s) de mort ou de suicide\u2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0<em><strong>Sexuelle\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>: viol dans le couple, comportement brutal, humiliation sexuelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0<em><strong>Economique<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0: tout acte privant l\u2019autre de revenus par exemple l\u2019interdiction de travailler, la confiscation de documents administratifs ou tout acte visant \u00e0 rendre la victime d\u00e9pendante financi\u00e8rement afin qu\u2019elle ne puisse pas quitter le foyer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faites-vous assister par un avocat qui saura vous conseiller. L\u2019avocat vous aidera \u00e0 r\u00e9unir les preuves \u00e9tablissant la situation\u00a0afin de demander au Juge aux affaires familiales la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019une ordonnance de protection.
